I was inspired to make some christmas pillowcases for the kids. Though its funny how the end product looks nothing at all like my original inspiration. But I'm perfectly pleased none the less!
It was my hope to make these simple, cozy, flannel, pillowcases so the kids could enjoy them each year during the Christmas season. Maybe add to their excitement when the Christmas things are brought out each year, as well as childhood memories of Christmases growing up. But maybe I'm putting too much pressure on it?
Well, they were easy enough to whip up. And two out of three of the kids LOVE their new pillowcases. Two out of three....not too bad.
