Dinner update

Good news......the pot roast was a success! I just love new recipes that are easy (and can't get much easier than a crock pot!). The roast was tasty along with the baby carrots, and the cooked apples were a hit as well as the scrumptious bread sticks. Yum, yum, yum! Ryan and Caleb both told me how good the meal was, and I'm always appreciative of a good meal critique. Of course the best praise is when permission is given to make the meal again. Yes! Sweet success!

*Thanks for all the 'left-overs' advice. I'll keep that in mind for the next time I make a roast. Maybe I'll have to plan for burritos for the following meal.
