The problem with doing all the laundry and putting it all away is this.....I then realize that I do not have enough hangers! This is the reason that the laundry rarely gets completed in its entirety. That's my story and I'm stinkin' to it.

Yeah, my excuse is that the clothes don't all fit in the drawers!
I've had this same experience, but I've yet to point out the problem to Neil. Maybe he'll stop giving me expressive looks over the mounds of unfolded laundry if I explain it to him. =) Thanks!

You hang clothes???? I used to hang everything until we moved and my closet is the size of a broom closet - now everything gets folded.
I'm with Jenn. I have no closet space in this house. I got rid of about a third of my clothes before we moved to Omaha, and I'm getting rid of another third now that we're in a house where the closet I'm supposed to share with my husband is about 2/3 the size of the closet I had as a kid. I kicked him to the guest room closet. Want some of my extra hangers?
I agree......no more closet and drawer space when everthing gets washed. O-well ;)
Seriously, I don't know how this phenomenon happens. We sort through our clothes every couple of months - and it seems like we're giving bags and bags of clothes away. But still our closets filled to the brim.
