I had such plans for today. Mae has the week off school so I thought we'd go to the zoo and use that membership we have. Nope. Caleb had other ideas on how to spend the day. Being sick. Sick on the rug. Sick in the bathroom. At the store (clean up on isle 4!*). And in his bed. Yeah. What fun.
At first I was thinking/hoping it was a one-time thing. Now I'm hoping it is a four-time thing. That and hopefully no one else will get it! Tomorrow night we will leave for Modesto for Thanksgiving. Long road trips are not fun and even more so with a sicko along for the ride.
Dear Lord, please heal Caleb quickly from this sickness and protect the rest of us from getting it too. Thank you! In Jesus name, Amen.
*No, he didn't really spew in the store. Does spitting up in the floor drain in the deli department count?

I'm sad to hear that Caleb's sick and you didn't get to have any fun today. The Wild Animal Park is open at night in December, so maybe we can go some Saturday and then drive around to see the houses decorated on Christmas Card Lane (which is really close to you). :-)
I hope Caleb gets feeling better soon. It is so hard to see our little ones sick.

I used to drive from Long Beach to Fresno OFTEN when I lived in Fresno so I KNOW that drive you'll be doing! I pray that you will be safe and enjoy the trip!
Diane...thank you for praying....keep on, Caleb was sick again a few hours ago and now Ryan is feeling bad. We will stay home if we have to, or at least delay our drive until Wednesday (depending on how everyone feels). Thanks!
