Ryan made it home safely from Singapore on Friday afternoon. He did not suffer from any jet lag but did take a nice long nap when he got home. I am so grateful to have him home! To celebrate the occasion of his return we went on a date Saturday night. Ryan loves Brazilian food and found a restaurant downtown that serves Brazilian bbq. Ryan read a review of the place online and one person said to bring your fat pants when going to this place. No doubt he was right! The food was so very very good. I now know why Ryan got the name Bon Garfo during his many visits to Brazil. Bon Garfo in Portuguese means good fork (I think I spelled it right). He has a penchant for good food and always seeks it out when traveling. It is nice to live in a larger city that offers many different places to eat. Ryan is in food heaven!

I'm so glad he's back home with you guys! Brazilian food is our favorite, especially bbq. I'm feeling a bit jealous!! YUM

We ate at a brazilian bbq place once. It was so good, but I was stuffed by the time we left. I wish we had better restaurant selections here. :( Probably better for my waist line that we don't. lol

We ate at an actual Brazilian bbq in Rio de Janeiro and it was out of this world! I have yet to go to one here in the states but can't wait to try it to see how similar they really are. Glad you enjoyed it. I still have memories of that food . . . oh how us women have attachment to food . . . :)
