Progress???

I wonder if going to the gym is starting to showing some pay off?. Today my pants fit a little better. I think. It could just be because I wore them yesterday and were stretched out from the days wear. But I'll take it as encouragement. It's time I look at the glass as half full! Can't neglect my friendly neighborhood gym though! Yes, that's what I have to tell myself.....the gym is my friend, the gym is my friend, the gym is.......

I'm canceling my membership. How's that for motivating you? ;-) Seriously though: I love to workout, just not at the gym. I joined this winter so I could at least do something with two small kids but now that the weather is turning the corner, I'm hitting the trail.

So great you're starting to feel the results!

Cat....I weighed myself this morning while at my friends place (the gym) and I may have lost a pound or two. I try to go 2-3 times a week, but I'm not always good about going. Off and on my excuse (a valid one!) has been that the kids were sick. Then there was one day when I just didn't wanna go!

Hey, atleast you are going. Better not lose too much you will evaporate!!!! Remember, child care is provided at the gym--quiet time on a tredmill is still quiet time or you could just go sit in a shower stall.
